General Definitions

• 22Bet is an online betting platform where customers can place bets on sports.
• The Affiliate Program is a system that allows partners to promote 22Bet and earn commissions through affiliate advertisement.
• Affiliates are individuals or companies who meet the conditions of the Affiliate Program at 22betpartners.com and drive new users to 22Bet products through affiliate marketing.
• Players are customers who sign up and place bets after clicking an affiliate’s link.
• Earnings refer to the commission an affiliate makes from the profits generated by their referred players.
• Profit is the total money wagered by a player minus their winnings.
• Payout is when an affiliate receives their earnings through an external payment system.
• Payment Period is the time it takes for earnings to become available for withdrawal.
• Promotional Materials include banners and other tools affiliates can use to promote 22Bet.

Joining the 22Bet Affiliate Program

• Before joining, affiliates must read and accept these terms.
• Only individuals 18 years or older can participate in the Affiliate Program Partnership.
• Affiliates are responsible for keeping their login details secure.
• 22Bet can reject any application without explanation.
• The terms may change at any time, and affiliates will be notified by email.

Affiliate Rules

• Affiliates can use promotional materials provided by 22Bet but must not alter them.
• Spam, pop-up ads, and misleading advertising are prohibited.
• Using the 22Bet brand in domain names or paid ads without approval is not allowed.
• Creating SEO-only websites to gain traffic using the 22Bet brand is prohibited.
• Cookie stuffing and other deceptive practices are strictly forbidden.
• If an affiliate breaks these rules, their account may be closed and earnings canceled.
• Each person can only register one affiliate account.
• Affiliates cannot sign up as players using their affiliate link.
• 22Bet can stop working with an affiliate at any time without notice.

Referral Commission & Payments

• Affiliate earnings are unfixed and are subject to 20% of the net profit from players they refer.
• If no new customers are referred for 6 months, the commission drops to 15%.
• If no new customers are referred for 12 months, the commission drops to 5%.
• Fraudulent or bonus-abusing players will not count towards commissions.
• If a referred player generates a high negative balance, it may be carried forward.
• Payments are made monthly (by the 15th) if the affiliate has earned at least $100.
• If the earnings are below $100, they roll over to the next month.
• Payments may be delayed for up to 2 months due to technical issues.

High-Roller Policy

• A High-Roller is a player who generates $10,000+ in negative net revenue in a month.
• If an affiliate’s total net revenue is – $2,000 or more, the following applies: The High-Roller’s negative balance carries forward and is deducted from future earnings. Other players’ profits cannot offset this balance. Future positive earnings from the High-Roller will reduce the negative balance. The balance will not increase unless the player qualifies as a High-Roller again.

Dispute Resolution

• Affiliates can raise concerns by emailing the Affiliate Support Team.
• Complaints will be reviewed within 14 days, and affiliates will be notified of the decision.
• Abusive language, false claims, or threats in communications will not be tolerated.
